Christmas 08

We made it back home after 9 days of living out of suitcases....yes that's plural. Traveling with a baby requires even more luggage than me! We've been to Texas to visit Zach's family and SW Arkansas to visit my family and we had a ball. We are so thankful that Kinley enjoys riding in the car. She slept 90% of our time on the road....almost 850 miles !

It was so fun celebrating Kinley's first Christmas...minus her crying. But overall it was wonderful!! It was especially great seeing our family and having help with Kinley. Zach and I even got to go to the movie (thanks Mammy) AND we got several full nights of sleep (thanks Mimi and Monie). Kinley got to meet all of her extended family, except for Uncle Jerry and Aunt Lori....(we hear you guys are coming to AR in 09) AND Miranda...but we're planning to go to Tennessee in February to visit!

Here are some pictures of our Christmas.
Kinley is tired of the paparazzi follwoing her.
Not sure who is more tired of pictures, Daddy or Kinley?!
The Freezes first Christmas with Kinley!

Look at this precious smile! This makes the crying fits and late nights worth every minute.

Holding her head up!

A girl's got to have her bling!...thank you Julie!

One of many Smith family photo ops (with Kinley cooperating).

One Month

Wow! I don't even know where to begin. When I set up this blog I imagined myself posting at least once a week or maybe more. Ha! Who was I kidding.

I know many of you who are already mothers can appreciate that. It takes me all day just to take a shower much less get any housework done, but I wouldn't change a thing.

Motherhood is absoutely wonderful! The past 4 weeks have gone by so fast. Kinley is changing by the day it seems and I am having so much fun at home with her.

Here are a few pictures of the past month with our precious Kinley Clare.

This is us getting ready to leave the hospital. Kinley was 25 hours old.

This is Kinley's first day at home. Mimi spent 10 days with us and we couldn't have made it without her.

Kinley and Daddy sunbathing at 3 days old to help with her jaundice.

At one week old, Kinley had her first of many photo shoots. This dress and booties were mine. Surprisingly Kinley slept through the entire photo shoot.

Princess Kinley 2 weeks.

Mammy and Pop spent Thanksgiving week with us. We ate lots of turkey and Mammy decorated our house for Christmas.

Kinley made her first trip to Nashville at 3 weeks old. She loves to ride in the car...thank goodness! Mimi and Mony were so glad to see Kinley and got to spend lots of time with her.

One of my favorite things is when this sweet miracle sleeps on my chest.

Welcome to our blog!

We've created this blog to keep our friends and family updated on what's happening with the Freezes. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Kinley Clare, due on Nov 15!

The nursery is ready....now we just need a baby. Isn't this the perfect place for the princess?!!
